1. Use of Service

UnityPay is currently running on the Arc Testnet for evaluation and demonstration purposes. No real funds are managed on this sandbox platform. Users must not attempt to exploit smart contracts or submit malicious transaction requests.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from software bugs, RPC latency, or network issues on the Arc Testnet.
